Refund policy

At Takkoush Flowers, each arrangement is handcrafted with care using fresh, seasonal blooms. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict refund and replacement policy outlined below.

Perishable Products

Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable items. For this reason, all sales are considered final once the order has been prepared and dispatched.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect recipient details provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability

  • Delays caused by incorrect address information

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the arrangement

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund (if applicable)

Requests made after the 2-hour window may not be eligible for compensation.

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or packaging elements may be substituted with similar blooms of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement. Such substitutions do not qualify for refunds.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if requested before preparation begins.
Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is successfully delivered to the address provided, Takkoush Flowers is no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers due to environmental factors (heat exposure, handling, etc.).
